1. Flight Test Engineer - 01
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For flight test engineer, the payable salary will be Rs 37,400 - 67,000 with Rs 8,900 grade pay. Further more information about salary details as post wise is mentioned in detailed advertisement.

Educational Qualifications - For ada vacancies candidate must have done 10th, 12th, bachelor's degree in engineering / technology (any branch), qualified flight test engineer in fixed wing (mechanical) stream, master's degree in engineering / technology in any branch or it's equivalent / relevant / higher qualification from a recognized board or university. Selection Method - For aeronautical development agency recruitment, candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in personal discussion, medical exam and then personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for these tests. The candidates should also submit their original certificates at the time of personal interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview.
Work Experience / Skills - Candidate must have 18 years of experience in Indian air force / Indian navy out of which the candidate should have a minimum of 4 years experience on flight testing on prototype fly-by-wire aircraft
